Update

Here I am again trying to give an update without much to tell. Eric got a call from a company he was really hopeful about right when he started looking for a new job. He had to give up because he felt the guy was blowing him off but he called today to tell him he has been extremely busy and wanted to know if he was still interested. They are going to talk more on Tuesday so we'll see. He also continues conversations with the company that called him several times last week so that is also a possibility. We are hopeful for a good offer without expecting anything so hopefully we will be pleasantly surprised.
This has been a very difficult time for our family, much more so than I expected. We are pushing through it and I'm blessed to have all the friends and support that I do. There have been a lot of lessons learned over the course of this and probably a few more to come. I haven't fully been able to process everything and probably won't be able to until we are feeling a little more secure with things.
Through all of this I have decided to take some classes. I am going to take a phlebotomy class and possibly get on the waiting list for the radiologic technology program. It's quite a list and could take a couple of years from what I understand. Also don't know what I would do about childcare when and if it happened but I'm looking into it. I'm excited at the prospect of learning something new.
