Well, we all seem to be over this crud. The girls are still very tired, it wiped us all out completely but thankfully it's gone.
Between that and a very unfortunate elevator incident Madison has cried over going to the hospital again. So, if my nephew has another surgery it will be interesting to try and get my girls in the door. I made the mistake of telling her we got the sickness from germs at the hospital, oops.
We missed preschool, the gym and a field trip last week but got to make it to our Friday class and Eric took the girls to the Daddy and me class this morning. I planned on studying but it didn't work out very well and now I am procrastinating instead of doing it. K is sleeping so I probably could actually get a little done right now. I suppose I'll just spend a few hours at the library tomorrow and cram it all in my head long enough to take the test and then forget it forever. I'm such a good student (sarcasm). This section is on mitosis and meiosis, it's actually really interesting. Seems I probably had it in 7th grade or something but I don't remember any of it (again, great student I am, huh?). I've got two more tests, one this Tuesday and one on the last day (3 weeks from Tuesday). I have enrolled for my A&P class for next quarter but am taking it at BTC instead of WCC because WCC requires chemistry as a pre-req and BTC doesn't. My program doesn't require chemistry so I don't want to take it if I don't have to (more like I don't want to pay for it if I don't have to). After that I will take A&P II in the summer and then can get on the waiting list for the Rad. Tech. program.
I'm really excited that we scheduled for our carpets to be clean. The cleaner they use is, apparently, so mild and non-toxic it could go in a baby bottle. This is according to the woman I talked to, I sure hope nobody tried that out to test the theory. Anyway, she was very nice and really sold me on their process. I'm excited to see how they look when they are done.
Our lab group at school is writing our quarter paper on the antibacterial properties of Tea Tree Oil vs. bleach. So far the bleach is killing more bacteria (which we knew it would) but the Tea Tree Oil is inhibiting growth too. Should be interesting to see the final results.
Well, better go see what else I can do instead of study. Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend!
