Our Day in La Conner

At the waterfront in La Conner today.

If you are wondering what is on her forehead.....it's a big rug burn. She and her daddy were roughhousing the other night and she got hurt. It actually looks a ton better than it did, ugh!

Today we didn't have any plans. I made sure not to plan much because the past few weeks have been a series of rescheduling because of us being sick. We are finally all better and what better way to celebrate than a day trip! We made a picnic lunch this morning and drove down to La Conner. We had a great day there. We fed some of the seagulls and while we were doing that we saw a seal swimming around. Later we saw a sea otter, it was pretty exciting! The weather was a bit chilly but we had tons of fun anyway.
