Happy Earth Day!

We are having a pretty good Earth Day around here. We spent several hours at Fairhaven Park today playing, having a picnic and going for a walk. After that we came home and had some yummy smoothies. On the way home from the park Madison asked me if I would take her to the movie sometime. I thought it was so sweet, I showed her the trailer to the new Disney movie called Earth and she said she wanted to see it. Will be fun to take her to that in the next few days.
Some guys came and hauled more of our dirt away today that Eric dug up. There is still about 1/2 truckload left and we'll have some more by this weekend. I couldn't believe all the response I got for the free dirt. I know dirt is expensive but people are having to haul it in buckets out to the front from the backyard, ugh! Just glad it's them and not Eric having to haul it away on top of all the other work.
The play structure came yesterday. It's pretty exciting to have it here. Hopefully it will be up by the end of the weekend but we'll see. I always seem to have expectations that are a bit too high. Regardless, it will be up soon and the girls are excited. They were outside climbing all over the slide even though it was all wrapped up.
Madison was sick for a couple of days earlier this week but is better now. She had a fever and a bad sore throat. She woke up totally fine today, yippee!
Eric hurt his back two nights ago at the gym and has been hobbling around ever since. He hurt it pretty bad so I'm guessing this weekend will be slow going with his injury. Hopefully he'll feel better soon.
This is a pretty random post but the last thing I want to mention is a movie I saw a few nights ago. We watched Slumdog Millionaire and if you haven't seen it you totally should. It was one of the best movies I have seen in years, SO good!
