First Dentist Appointment

In all the excitement of learning the blood test results I forgot to post that Kennedy had her first dentist appointment yesterday. Poor girl had been poked with a needle twice last week (one immunization and the blood draw) so as soon as we went into the exam room and the door shut she knew she was in a doctors office. She calmed down really quickly until the dentist came in and put on the gloves. She handled it like a trooper and he just looked at her teeth so he didn't hurt her at all. She was fine right after and got a rubber ducky (yes, I'm sure it's full of pthalates but it made her feel better at the time). Anyway, she did great and we don't need to go back for a year. Madison was so nervous for her sister and felt really important to be able to be there and help her sister through it. She is such a good big sis!
