I've been a little behind on my blogging. Can't seem to find the time with holiday fever here. We had a great Thanksgiving this year. We went to a friends house and had great food and a wonderful time celebrating this holiday with another family. My friends' husband is from Haiti and it's so interesting to hear about life there and how differently people live. As if the holiday itself wasn't enough to make us thankful for all of our blessings hearing him talk about how people live there was truly a cause to be thankful for what we have.
We are thankful for so many things and have spent a lot of time lately just living in gratitude for what we have and also for thinking about all of those who don't have enough of anything. I couldn't begin to list all of our blessings but my family, friends, health, a job for Eric and the ability to do my part to help others is among the top.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and may we all live with the feeling of gratitude all year long.
