Last Couple of Days

The Keepers of My Heart!
We had a rare day yesterday of not going anywhere. Usually these days are dreadful but yesterday wasn't. Not sure what was different but we had lots of fun and I got quite a bit done. We had some craft time and the girls didn't fight all that much. It was a wonderful day!

Preschool Class Picture.

Today we were invited to hang out with a friend at the campground her parents were staying at. We had tons of fun. Madison told me all the way home how she wanted to have one of those trailers and stay in it. Ha, sorry kiddo! She thought it was pretty cool. We had a walk, played at the play set and hung around the camping area. It was lots of fun, thanks Lisa!

Their usual pose. Madison even said today to Jacob - "let's do what we always do for pictures", ha. Pretty cute!

Hanging out with her little buddy Cole.

This was taken tonight. We had a bit of a retaining wall fiasco but tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. it will start getting built correctly and be done by Saturday. I can't wait to have this job over with, it's been so much more work than we expected but it has been worth it. The girls absolutely love it out there and once the wall is up and the gravel is all spread out it will be a fun backyard to spend our summer. That about catches me up. Tomorrow is a busy day. We'll go to our class in the morning for about an hour then head to our preschool end of year picnic. Eric will work tomorrow but will come to the picnic for a while. He will be off until Tuesday after that and we just plan to get the yard looking half halfway decent, cleaned up and ready for the awesome weather headed our way. Hope you all have a great Memorial Day Weekend and remember all those who have died in our nation's service.
