Monster Spray
Tonight is the night. My (much too old) daughter will fall asleep in her bed ALONE tonight. We've been talking about this day for a very long time and we have our monster spray ready to go in case she gets scared. The novelty of the bottle and making the spray is taking her mind off the inevitable. Eric or myself will sit in a chair by her bed and move it closer and closer to the door each night. This is a big deal around here and we could use all the "good lucks" we can get. She seems to be looking forward to it a little but tonight will be a different story. She can do it and she will feel really proud of herself tomorrow I'm sure.

I had a really hard time sleeping in my own room when I was little. I think I never really was happy until my mom had my little brother and then we shared a room until I was 10 yo and THEN I was delighted to have my own room. Good luck and lots of hugs (for everyone)
