It's just not fall for us without a trip to our favorite apple orchard for some u-pick apples. We love going to Apple Creek Orchard every year and had the most amazing weather on the day we went.
Madison picked most of our apples. She opted for the smaller ones and gets a big kick out of eating really tiny ones.
Tree stump sitting, apple eaten folks.
The apples were quite a bit smaller this year but still so good.
Our bucket full of yummy apples.
The men folk hauling the bounty.
Ah, the perfect apple...but it's too high to reach.
Can we shake it loose?...no
Can we lift a three year old up to get it?...no (she picked the wrong one)
Can we risk breaking our leg (or worse) to climb the tree and potentially get banned for life from this place just to get it?....YES!
Let's get Daddy!
Oops, he got us.
Our annual picture in the wooden chairs. I've got six years worth of these pictures now. It's so great to look back and see how much they have grown from year to year.
Apples, girls, sun and silliness!
Madison and Lilo.
Goofy girls. A great fall field trip on a beautiful fall day. We can't wait for our next one.
