Today was a sick day. Madison woke up with a sore throat. She said it hurt to swallow and, since I had strep recently, I decided to keep her home. My desire for her to have perfect attendance almost got in the way and I was in the school parking lot with her before I decided that she needed to stay home. In hindsight I probably could have taken her because her sore throat has since disappeared but I didn't want to risk spreading anything.
On the calendar for today was baking mini muffins after school and putting together a Christmas puzzle but we'll work those in on another day.
