Eric and I managed to get away for a movie this afternoon WITHOUT THE KIDS. It was very strange actually. It felt really weird to be in the car without anyone in the backseat asking for water, snacks, kid music, etc. It was very nice (thanks Lisa). I don't know why we don't make the effort to do this more often, we really should. We saw Tropic Thunder and thought it was really funny. I didn't know a lot about it beforehand so there were some hilarious surprises (and disgusting ones too).
So, if anyone is reading this that wants to do some date night (or date afternoon) swaps let me know.
