I treated myself to a massage today. It's not exactly in the budget but it was SO worth it. I went to Kerri Street here in Ferndale and she did a fantastic job. If anyone would like her contact info let me know, I would definitely recommend her. I am quite sore as the evening goes on but in a good way.
As stay at home moms we need to remember to take care of ourselves. We spend so much of our time taking care of everyone else and it's so easy to put ourselves last. I really need to start spending more time to take care of myself and what a fantastic way to start!
