Drugs are Everywhere!!!

The other day I was walking to the library with my girls and just as we were in front of the library near the bus stop a guy was talking to two other guys and he dropped a crack pipe almost directly in front of me. He didn't realize he had dropped it at first so I could clearly see what it was. It was pretty disturbing to see this, thankfully my daughter didn't ask what it was or say anything. The guys all got on the bus right after that as we headed into the library. I think I live in a bit of denial that this stuff goes on all around us. Our kids are going to be so exposed to this sort of thing and it's going to be much more prevalent than it was when we were younger and the drugs are going to be worse. It terrifies me to think of it. I wish there was a place to live that didn't have these kinds of things but it doesn't exist.
