Today I have been thinking of the fact that it's 9-11. It's been in my thoughts all day off and on but not constantly. Every time I heard a song that was written about that day or seen something on TV I was a little bothered that it wasn't more of a focus for me today. It's been 7 years now and it seems we have sort of forgotten in a way. We still remember and we still mourn for what happened but it seems too easy to get caught up in the meaningless stuff of the day and not give it the focus it should have.
