Huh?

I just called the Health Department to ask them about getting the individual measles, mumps and rubella vaccine instead of the combined MMR vaccine and the lady told me they don't make it that way anymore. Huh???? I'm baffled because of the controversy around this vaccine that they all of a sudden quit making it that way. I had read recently that they had been all used up and it would take about a year to produce the individual vaccines again so I'm wondering if the Health Department is just telling people that because there are none right now!?
