Last night I took Madison to The Velveteen Rabbit at The Bellingham Theatre Guild. It was so much fun. We went with a couple of friends and I was absolutely amazed at how well all of them sat quietly and watched the show. It was so neat to see. I had talked this night up with Madison for weeks so it was really special for us. She felt like a princess getting dressed up and going to the theatre. She had a great time although she was a bit scared in parts of the show. Regardless, she did an amazing job. Her favorite character was the Toy Fairy.

The Velveteen Rabbit. I thought this actor did an amazing job. I also really enjoyed the Skin Horse and the Doggie was really funny. I had never been to The Theatre Guild so it was exciting for me as well. It was an old church and was a very charming building. I think I will make going to the theatre a holiday tradition for Madison and I.
