Yuck

FYI - the brown rice and wheat berry salad with tofu was tow-yucky!
I've got a giant bowl of it and it took two days to make. Bummer! Will refrigerate it until tomorrow and hope it tastes better cold.

maybe as some raisens to it? Salad dressing? I was really excited about it and was going to ask for the recipe, now not so sure...
