It wasn't planned so I didn't even take my camera but I took the girls to Whatcom Falls Park today for a bit. I forgot what a great park that is. We had a great time, it's so beautiful there. I didn't even realize they had a bigger kids play structure just up the hill from the small kids one.
The ten year anniversary of the pipeline explosion is just a month and a half away. I can't believe it's been that long. I remember the huge dark plume of smoke in the air that day before I even knew what had happened.
The park is worth checking out if you haven't been in a while. We will definitely be going back soon and I'll be more prepared with the jogging stroller for a longer walk.
