Yesterday and Today

Madison hanging out last night after dinner. Her hair is wet since we had a small sprinkler going on the garden and she and her sister wanted to get wet. We've really been enjoying our backyard this year with the new swing set and I can't actually recall the last time we ate dinner inside.

This is a bare spot in our yard where we had the dirt we excavated. It will fill in soon but until then it's a mud hole for Kennedy to get filthy in. Leave it to her to want to play there instead of anywhere else, especially when there has been a sprinkler going. Our garden veggies are growing as you can see in the background. I'm quite excited about them, I started everything from seed this year except three small strawberry plants I bought.

Kennedy fell asleep today on the way home from our last siblings class. She woke up shortly after we got home and fell asleep on me again, she rolled over and was on the couch. I couldn't resist snapping a pic. She slept on the couch like this for at least an hour.
Now, are summer is free. After today's class we don't have any commitments. We are planning a zoo trip on Monday that we are looking forward to and some play date here and there after we return from my moms house. I also am registered for a phlebotomy class the week after we return. I feel like our summer will fill up quickly though.
Gotta go, little ones are not happy and have been fighting for hours now. Wish I had some Calgon!
