I found a really yummy zucchini bread recipe to use for the zucchini's I harvested from the garden today. YUMMY! I've been very bad on WW for a week now but am getting back on track tomorrow. I had only planned to stray for the weekend but with the unexpected departure of Eric Monday I was left unprepared. I also was unable to go to the gym with a couple of illnesses that hit the kids last week although very short lived (thankfully). Anyway, I'm getting back on track tomorrow so I'm enjoying some of this bread tonight. I know, doesn't make much sense to most of you but I'm either VERY good or VERY bad (usually the latter) so I can't just do "okay". Oh, Eric made it home around 4:00 today and then took the girls to the Ferndale Kids Parade. I had planned on going but stayed home to bake the bread instead. Tomorrow I'm going to try and make some dilly beans, yummy!
