My lunch looked so good I had to snap a quick pic of it before I dove in. This huge plate of food was only 6 points and that's counting mayo, crackers, tuna and eggs as well as all the non-point items. This could have easily been my dinner. Anyway, I am getting the hang of eating more food for less points as opposed to less food that I would probably prefer that have more points. I really don't want to get hungry and really haven't been on this plan so far. I'm really enjoying it but it's difficult to make the extra time to prepare food for myself because it's much more time consuming to chop up all the veggies and make fresh dinners every night where I have to weigh and measure things.
Anyway, this will be my last blog about WW. I don't mind talking about it but don't really want to update it in this venue. I'll weigh in tomorrow and hope all those miles on the treadmill are paying off. I am finding it's much more difficult to drop the weight than it used to be. I'm older and it's playing a role in things. If I had worked this hard on the treadmill and ate this well 10 years ago it would be melting off faster. That's just the way it goes. Victory will be that much sweeter I suppose with the extra work.
