Here are some pictures of the camping trip we took this weekend. Above is a picture of Eric trying to get the tent set up with Kennedy "helping" from the inside of the tent. Madison touched something dirty and was trying to wash her hands clean and we hadn't even been there 10 minutes. Thankfully that didn't last long and she was happy with dirt shortly thereafter. We went to Birch Bay, I'm glad we were close to home because Madison got sick yesterday and we had to come home a day early. She caught a little bug somewhere but is doing better now.

Some of the gear. Sheesh, it takes a lot of stuff to go camping! I'm learning and working on a detailed camping checklist so I can have it and be more organized. We forgot our turkey burgers and cups. We also didn't bring enough fire wood so Eric had to go home for the rest. When he returned on Saturday Madison woke from her nap and it was clear she wasn't feeling well so we headed home shortly afterwards. Eric returned later in the day to collect the tents and chairs.
