Opening of the Gifts

These pictures are of Madison opening her birthday gifts from us. We were going to get up early and leave for the zoo the next morning on her birthday so we let her open them the night before. She was so excited. Many of the gifts she picked out herself since we went birthday shopping with my mom when she was here. It was long enough ago that she forgot most of them though.

Ever since I took Madison for her first pedicure she has been begging me for nail polish. Polish is one of those things that I don't like to put on her because of the fumes and toxicity so I found this awesome company called Piggy Paint that has non-toxic polishes and polish removers. They have great colors and I had her pick her two favorite colors the other day (although she didn't know what it was for) and they arrived the day we opened gifts. She loves these polishes. We painted her toes tonight and she couldn't stop looking at them : )

Madison just had to have these shoes and could not wait to open them. They look big but her feet are HUGE!

Ah, the coveted Cinderella dress. She adores it!

Where the Sidewalk Ends was one of the few gifts that she didn't know about.
