1/2 of the zucchini I used for my bread baking adventure.
Here is about 1/3 of the bread I baked this year to give away to friends and family. It doesn't look that bad BUT I only have one loaf pan and two mini loaf pans so it took two days with the oven going non-stop. It was lots of fun to make all this bread and even more fun to give it away! If I do this again I think I will get a few more loaf pans though.
