The Easter bunny was easy on the kids this year, the eggs were easy to find. The girls had the best time.

Opening the Easter gifts. They got too much as usual but the girls are long overdue for some spoiling, it's been a long year on all of us and it was fun to buy them some fun stuff.

Kennedy was being a little too quiet and we discovered her opening some candy and making piles of it. It was pretty funny because she wasn't eating it, only making piles. We didn't get candy for the eggs this year but had been sent some from relatives so we stuffed a bit but mostly they got change, jewels and a few other things. Despite trying to keep them from getting too much candy at the holidays it's nearly impossible.

We ate by 1:00 p.m. and had the dishes and house cleaned up by mid afternoon. Eric has been going to bed around 6:00 p.m. on Sundays since he has get get up and leave around midnight. He drives all night and starts work at 7:00 a.m. working a ten hour day. Needless to say, he is exhausted by the time Monday night rolls around. He hasn't complained once about it though, we are thankful for how hard he is willing to work for his family.
