Well, I'm at one of my favorite places with some time on my hands but my pictures are loaded on my other computer so I can't catch up on my blogging.
I guess I'll take the time to do a little family update instead.....
Eric is still working for that new company but it's barely 1/2 time. It's not ideal at all but it's so great that he is working and it's in his line of work. We are hopeful for more steady work as the economy s...l...o...w...l...y picks itself up. He's home today repairing a loose fence post.
The girls are enjoying a fun activity this week and Madison starts tennis lessons this afternoon, I'm so excited for her. Madison is so coordinated and athletic and I'm so anxious for her to find something she loves to do.
Kennedy is being Kennedy....loving life, being 3 (and all that entails) and making me smile all the time. She'll be turning four in just a few weeks. I can't even believe it.
The kids are both growing up and it's evident in the questions they are asking and their interests. Madison has an actual crush. I thought it was nothing at first but she keeps talking about "him". It was cute at first but I'm realizing this is just the beginning. That first year of kindergarten takes so much innocence away from the kids and it's replaced with new and exciting things but it's still bitter sweet.
This week is when our summer really gets busy. At some point this summer or at the very end of summer I am going to have to have a tonsillectomy. I'm not looking forward to it at all. I am paranoid about going under anesthesia so I'm trying not to think about it and have put it off for close to a year but I cant much longer. I also should probably try and get it done while Eric isn't working full time instead of wait until when he gets busier. I got see the ENT in a couple of weeks and will likely schedule it after that. Last time I saw him he mentioned staying 3 nights in the hospital, yikes! I guess the surgery is much harder for an adult than a child with 3 weeks of recovery. Okay....changing the subject...
Next weekend I'm going away (actually not even leaving town) or a girls camping weekend and I'm excited about that. It will be such a different experience to take only enough camping stuff for one person versus the whole family. I can't wait!
Book club is tomorrow night so I really must go finish the book, only a few chapters left. I will really try to get those pictures loaded in the next couple of days.

I can't believe K is going to be 4 yo!
Do take all the recovery time you can with the tonsils, you will need it. Have a nice girls weekend :)
