We are really enjoying Hailey and the girls are doing great. We had lovely holidays but, despite all of that, we are bummed to find out Eric is laid off work again. There just isn't enough work with his current company. I felt like it was coming when he didn't work for 3 weeks around the holidays.
He's making lots of calls and he did a day full of assessment tests today with a company that contracts with the refineries. I'm hopeful but not too much so. We've been down this road before and I want to be optimistic but not too hopeful on any one lead.
For what it's worth...if any of my readers hear of any job openings feel free to pass them along our way.

Rats! I was worried about that. I sure wish our economy would turn around. It is so hard somedays. Good luck with the refinery job. I did hear they were hiring again and I think they pay fairly well.
