Okay, I love my new owl template but it really freaked me out for a few minutes. My normal tools are no longer on my page when I go there so I can't edit or make new posts from there but, instead, have to go to blogger itself and do it from the dashboard. Weird. I suppose I'll get used to it. Blogger doesn't offer very many cute templates at all so I sought one from some random site.
I haven't gotten very many suggestions for my blog so it looks like I might have to come up with something myself. I may try a few out, I have a couple of (lame) ideas. I'll try the first one when I am done with this post.
When you think about a blog it really is quite narcissistic isn't it? I really have no readers to speak of other than a couple of friends who check it from time to time. None of my family reads my blog regularly, I think my mom is the only one who has ever even looked at it. My husband usually doesn't even read it. So, it appears I put a lot of time and energy into something that is all about ME. That is partly true, the fact is I will eventually print a lot of it out into a book to serve as the scrapbooks that never were but the rantings and opinions are all me and all for me. I think I prefer it that way really. At least I am listening.

3. I feel the same way about my blog...I may not have very many readers and it might be narsasistic (I don't think I spelled that right). But really, this is your forum! Go for it!
I've been also contemplating starting a new blog...a place to post about things other than family. It would provide me a place to post that isn't facebook and my readers can either choose to read it or not. Then I can post about my convictions and not worry so much :-)
Again, keep posting! The whole point of a blog is to write about YOU and/or your family.
