Kindergarten Graduation

Madison officially graduated from Kindergarten on June 20th. Her last day was actually the 23rd but they had graduation early. It was such an exciting day. Kennedy went with me when I picked a few things up for Madison's big day and she was adamant that she wanted to get her some flowers just from her so she gave her the pink carnations on the left. She was proud of her big sis!

Here comes Madison walking with her classmate, Chance.

It was so neat that they gave the kids a graduation and made this milestone such a celebrated one. The kids worked so hard this year and a ceremony to end the year was important.

There were three kindergarten classes this year. Madison's class was the McCormack Monkey's.

Madison was the very first kindergartner to get her diploma and graduate. Here she is receiving her certificate and shaking Mrs. Dellinger's hand. I am so proud of her.

I think someone told her to look back so we could get a picture.

Her whole class.
Kindergarten graduates of the year 2011
High School graduates of the year 2023 (yikes!)

All three classes sang a few songs and it was adorable.

Afterwards they got cookies and juice.

Here she is with one of her friends and classmates.

More posing for pictures.

Miss Kennedy loves any occasion to go hang out at Sissy's school.

Madison and her teacher, Mrs. McCormack.

Kennedy wanted in on the action.

Here is Madison after we got home and put her flowers in a vase. We also celebrated with a cake and she got some balloons and little stuffed owl. She was very proud of herself, she worked so hard and learned so much this year.

These are the teacher gifts we made, she took them in the next morning.

The program. I actually made these programs for the kindergarten teachers but didn't know they were going to put it on pink paper. Some of the graphics had some shading behind them so it looked funny on pink. Oh well.

The entire graduating kindergartner's from Mt. View - 2011. Congrats kiddos, you deserve it!!
