Today was the first official snow day. Yesterday was MLK Day so there was no school. We went for a long walk in the snow. The day seemed to go by quickly. I made a yummy dinner tonight with some frozen peach puree I had in the freezer. I made peach chicken and put it over brown rice. It was so good.
Tomorrow will be another snow day and I must head to the store. We are out of fruit and bread among other things. Two days of not driving is enough anyway.
I may take the girls sledding if I am up for that by myself. We'll see...
