Greetings. I don't really have much of anything at all to blog about today.....hmmm. Let me think - we had dance class today and that was fun. It was followed by a trip to Fred Meyer where Madison fell down and hurt both of her knees. She cried and cried and would not walk (she rode in the big part of the cart). I had to pick her up out of it and put her in her car seat and when we got home I picked her up and carried her to the couch. You should have seen her limp when she finally did attempt to walk later (much) later in the afternoon. It was rather funny. She was eating up the fact that she was a little patient and I was taking care of her.
Yesterday we stayed home all day until Eric got home and then I ran a couple of errands with Madison in Ferndale. I won't be winning any awards for my great parenting on the days we stay home all day, it's hard on all of us but I try to do it every once in a while.
I've still got my dreaded cough that refuses to go away. The new gym in Ferndale opened today but I can't laugh without having a huge coughing episode so I will have to give it until next week and if it's not gone I'll go to the doctor to see if I need antibiotics. Hopefully Eric and I can make it to the gym soon, I'm anxious to get the girls comfortable in the childcare so I can go during the day. I have heard lots of great things about it.
Eric is working even more hours this week through Saturday. A friend is going to watch the girls on Sunday so we can go see a movie. That will be fun.
