They did a Box Tops for Education contest at Madison's school. The winning classroom got to go on a field trip to Western to see The Jungle Book. Madison's class was so close and the kids worked so hard but rumor has it the other kindergarten room was getting help from a 6th grade class who was giving their Box Tops to them. Of course the kids knew nothing about this but I thought it would be fun to take Madison anyway since we love going to see productions like this together. A friend from her class and her mom joined us for a Sunday afternoon field trip. Here are the girls in front of the fabulous view near the Performing Arts Center.

Here are the girls with the deer. It's hard to see but this was my favorite costume. She had these great front legs and parts of her costume were covered in glitter that sparkled when she was onstage.
Here is one of the peacocks, this costume was great too (although you can't tell from the photo). All of the costumes were amazing. We all had a great time.
