On May 11th I took Kennedy down to Padilla Bay for a Mini Explorers class. We learned about worms! They got to see the compost bin and learn about the important roll worms of all kinds play.
Of course all she was interested in was holding one.
Here she is with her completed worm. This type of worm has lots of legs and is found in the estuary but I can't remember the name of it. No matter....we had tons of fun!
